Standup Paddle Board Lessons from Outrageous Surf School in Lahaina Maui

Our SUP lessons are a fun way to get a great core workout while having fun.

Our Maui County activity permit allows us to use the shallow calm lagoon between 505 front st. and lahaina breakwall, making Stand Up Paddle Boarding safe and fun for all ages! We are also proud to mention we provide all gear such as rash guards, booties, paddle board and paddle. All gear is shuttled to the beach for you!

For spectators in your group, we provide free beach chairs. Before your family embarks on your lesson, you have the option to watch a instructional video and try out our balance board that prepares you for the water. Your family will be glad to know that our SUP group classes do not exceed an instructor to student ratio of 4:1.

Private Classes - We also provide private classses for more individual attention. Instructors have been been certified for lifesaving, CPR, and first aid. We have found great success in providing classes at 1-11/2 hours depending on the group size.

Our SUP boards are available for free up to 1 hour after the lesson for students on same day of class.

At the end of this incredible experience you can shower back at our shop and change into your dry clothes with our changing facility.

SUP board and paddle rentals are also available at $30 for 2 hours and $40 for the day.

We provide Stand Up Paddle Boarding group lessons at $120 per person. Semi-private SUP lessons are $150 and private SUP lessons are at $200 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 am and 11:30 am.
